Hi @Apple my daughter has lost her iPod we purchased Apple care does that cover loss? I’ve tried to use find my but it’s not showing the last location just the option to play a noise when found, but the battery will have gone by now as it’s been lost several weeks.
@TUIUK our flight from TFS to BHX was delayed for 21 hrs on the 26th October, I emailed you requesting a reimbursement on costs of care during or stay (food/taxis etc) I have just received an email stating we do not qualify for compensation as the events were out of tuis control.
