My understanding is darax alone in CRC does not work as tumor up regulates through upstream so need to combine egfr inhibitor in CRC

However, it seems combining darax and anti-egfr is a non-starter due to toxicity

the system is extremely overwhelming to navigate, so little support from the hospitals, almost impossible to get on trials...so much pain
