@Qantas how long are we expected to wait for response to our complaints. I submitted a complaint two weeks ago. My, my wife and 5 month were delayed 25 hours due to delays, cancellations, and not being allowed to board our flight due to system issues. When will we get a response?

Each country is on a spectrum for many different metrics (e.g. education outcomes). The aim of int dev is to improve the outcomes of those in the lowest country, without negatively impacting the higher ranked ones.

I DO think that the term is a conflation of different elements, and has become loaded as it is now often taken to the transfer of practices from the global north to the global south.
