@WFRising Let's first fix the broken roads and better plans than just u-turns for traffic management, before we tax more... Manhattan has multiple public transport systems including subways, buses, ferries in place and good roads and sensible laws that get enforced strictly.

An actor - turned politician turned businessman (?) conducts the wedding of his physically challenged son , the extravagant wedding is happening in Japan. Expenses running into crores. This chap was a two bit actor , and then was propelled into politics and he even went on to become a union minister , all by fluke. In that single term as union minister , the chap is said to have landed with contracts throughout India painting roads and made thousands of crores in the process. With that he also made a deal with his uncle who saw him as a potential threat in politics , took a one time settlement and quit politics to settle in the United States buying a farm from the purported ill gotten money , the farm is about a thousand acres if not more.

Now the biggest fight going on in the social media is whether he was right in marrying his physically challenged son to a girl who is physically fit. Actually the question should have been posed as to where this 2 bit actor earned all these thousands of crores. But look where our priority is. And how do you think this society will improve ?

Not even 1% truth in what @tnhrcedept stated before Madras High Court -

On Sep 19 when the Hon'ble Division Bench hearing temple matters asked the Special Govt Pleader for @tnhrcedept -
why is the Special Tasildhar working for the HR&CE Commissioner collecting only Rs.93,000 per annum from 3500 acres endowed to Chidambaram Temple ?

the Special G.P. under instructions from the @tnhrcedept - which shamelessly commits fraud after frauds in the Hindu Temples - told the Court that the collection is low because "Chidambaram Dikshitars have sold more than 2000 acres of temple lands"

The Division Bench thoroughly shocked asked the Govt Pleader to file proofs of such sale.

Now - on 24.10.2024 - when the case came up again - the Govt Pleader filed an affidavit stating that the Dikshitars have sold 18 acres of temples lands.

From 2000 acres sold to 18 acres sold -
Thats not even 1% what the @tnhrcedept
told the Court

This too would be proved in Court to be false -

FRAUDS do NOT have shame !!!

Terrible brand in terms of quality & customer service. I bought 2 shoes from Aldo Bangalore Phoenix market city. The shoe tore in 1 hour of usage. I have dropped 20 mails to the customer care. Visited the store multiple times. I have received zero support or refund. @ALDO_Shoes

What would be a fair punishment meted out ? A refund of maintenance funds collected over last 5-10yrs for all flats using the facility, waiving off maintenance dues for the grieving family indefinitely.
