@ALegendaryDrops If the workers working on the game or the game engine (ie Unity) owned the company the decisions would be ones to increase the quality and longevity of the company and their products.

Owners and stockholders will sacrifice anything or anyone for a quick payout. Workers won't.

The issues of unfinished games, micro transactions, and cash grabs come from decisions from the owners to appease the stockholders.

Do they need to go further? Yes, but not voting for them won't get them to do more. Not voting for them just strengthens their excuses for inaction.
