Afganistanissa humanitaariset tarpeet ovat mittavat. Olen ollut tämän viikon Afganistanissa ja tutustunut @AfgRedCrescent tärkeään työhön Kabulissa ja Heratissa, jota myös @PunainenRisti tukee katastrofirahaston ja @Ulkoministerio rahoituksella.

Ja tämän lisäksi @AfgRedCrescent on merkittävä kansallinen ja paikallinen valmiusjärjestö ja avun antajana, kuten viime lokakuisen Heratin maanjäristyksen jälkeen. Kaikki tämä erittäin vaikeassa tilanteessa, jossa maa tällä hetkellä on.

Humanitaarisen avun tarve maailmassa on todella suuri. Monet meneillään olevat kriisit ovat jääneet unohduksiin eivätkä näy uutisissa. @Ulkoministerio:ltä saamamme rahoituksen avulla pystymme antamaa tukea näihin pitkittyneisiin ja vaikeisiin hum. kriiseihin.
