@AdamRackis It's very different from mainstream linux, it's a tiling UI, to me that dominates everything else. It's cool and fun right from the start. But typical desktop linux is not so radical. It's a big change for traditional linux users too.

@nikiscevak One L. They owned ASML in the way that a wheat farmer owns a $100 designer cake. In terms of 'social licence', ASML is still in NL, still headquartered a short drive from where it started. Investors who paid Philips for shares also can't complain.

@kunchenguid Re cache argument. My benchmarking shows deepseek flash is very good at compacting. The conversation is sent to deepseek and it is a 100% cache miss, but it's so much faster and so cheap.
