I've always had a pretty good experience with @Vanguard_Group for stock funds and retirement accounts

But I just had the most mindblowingly bad customer service experience I've ever had. Time to move everything from Vanguard to some other institution.

If you demand that books be written at an 8th grade reading level but still be about Dick and Jane and their dog Spot then yes you will run out of books
