@LNER Hi! Can you please help me understand if I can travel to and from Edinburgh today? Theres lots of conflicting information online and I want to be sure of what is recommended

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@LNER Thanks for the update. Should trains be running will my ticket for the cancelled service from this morning be valid for travel today?

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@LNER hi, I was due to travel this morning from Newcastle to London. Should trains restart again later today to kings cross will my ticket still be valid? Thanks for your help

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@TUIUK hi I sent a DM about struggling to get a refund for a delayed flight, can you please get back to me? Thanks

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@sportsshoes_com hi, due to an issue with your website my delivery address was reset and my order delivered to an address I can’t access. Despite asking for this to be recalled this has still been delivered and I’m now out of pocket. Is there anything you can do to sort this?

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@LNER Hi, I have an advance ticket for 1600 today, can I travel on an earlier train to avoid the potential weather disruption? Thank you!

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@AsdaServiceTeam This isn’t an online order it’s from in store, is this still the correct option?

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@AsdaServiceTeam because of an extremely loose lid on Asda stainless steel cleaner, a dangerous chemical has leaked all over my shopping. This has ruined lots of the items I now can’t safely eat as they may be contaminated. How can I get a refund for these items?

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@Al_Humphreys Have you thought about pre-recording the speakers? The speakers can then film their talk from anywhere and bring the outdoors to their content. Becomes more film making than just talking to camera and your possibilities are endless (if you have the time!)

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@stefanmanku @ENGIE_UK @ENGIE_UK have been helpful so far! Good luck to you.

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@ENGIE_UK tweeting you as a last resort. Called your subsidiary East London Energy over 100 times today with no response and I urgently need to speak to someone to resolve YOUR mistake. What are you going to do to help resolve this TODAY!

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@ENGIE_UK Thanks Daniel, I've sent a DM

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@ENGIE_UK @SophieGudge_ Hi, I’m having the same exact issue. Please can you DM me asap. Facing legal action from and Bailiffs for an account closed in July 2019

@jamiewdwright @TfL Loved his Love Island updates this morning! what a #ledge

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@Virgin_TrainsEC I’ve been waiting since 10 April? I feel I should be owed some sort of response by now? Is there nothing you can do to help?

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@Virgin_TrainsEC Sent a complaint to you on the 10 April, still awaiting a response despite chasing. Any chance you can find time to get back to me on Twitter instead?

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@Virgin_TrainsEC That’s fine however I was querying the response to that enquiry as I believe it was not reflective of the delay I experienced. It is to that reply I’m now waiting over a month

[Tim Dymott @timdymott]

@Virgin_TrainsEC First enquiry which I asked for clarification on is VTN-180405BHQZ. Second reference following that request is VTN-180410BJPD

We've waited so long for the great times to return to Huddersfield Town. And Dean Hoyle and David Wagner have given us two of the most memorable and unbelievable seasons in our history. This club is a special one, like no other. #htafc #premierleague
