He describes how the illness has transformed his life, leaving his face and body swollen, his weight doubled, and his strength gone. The boy who once played football, carried water for his family, and ran errands can now barely walk five minutes without bleeding and exhaustion forcing him to stop.

Doctors in Gaza have issued him a medical referral, telling him his treatment cannot be provided locally due to the collapse of the health sector under the Israeli occupation's blockade and genocide. His family is calling on international organizations and Arab countries to intervene urgently before his condition worsens further.
