@4ndr3w6S Apple’s strategy here makes sense IMHO, kicking agents at least out of kernel space by providing their own kernel space provider and forcing everyone to use it. Honestly Windows could do the same, I’d be surprised if any EDR/EPP vendor really differentiates in minifilters.
