In 3 decades of Govt Service, I have been assaulted around 15 times on duty, just like the drs in the video are. Every single time, I have given a complaint to the Dean,RMO & the local Inspector of Police in writing. How many goons hv been prosecuted- ZERO.

Why was this politician atleast arrested? Coz, the incident was caught on CCTV and the victim was both a female & Dalit Dr. Does anyone talk abt the male Dr, who was also assaulted? No.

Violence to settle things is the norm , rather than the exception in India- one of the most primitive/brutal societies in the world. Believe me, every single day there is an assault on a Tamilnadu Govt Dr, posted in this or that WhatsApp grp. How many r prosecuted? To my knowledge, none.
Once I was assaulted with bleeding injuries on duty at a local GH, walked up to the police outpost and with blood dripping from my body on the complaint paper, gave a written complaint addressed to the Police Inspector. Later, the case also came to court. Nurses & wardboys testified as witnesses. I identified the assailants & weapons in court.
The judge who sat in the case was an honest upright lady. I was then treating her father. I cd see that she was determined that justice be delivered. What happened? Ultimately the case was dismissed. The honest Inspector later met me & was fuming. "Sir, what can I do? In TN, everything is politicised. Our (honest) DC has received calls from 3 ministers. The APP has received 'calls'. All the witnesses who testified for u, later turned hostile. Their families have been threatened with death. Sometimes, I feel like resigning sir. There is no justice in Tamilnadu." Remember that was an Inspector of Police speaking.
If you are a medical student/intern/ resident, get your degrees & get the f*** out of this thankless country. I have a hundred more incidents to relate.

Late Night Meetings, One More Death: Indian Bank's Gorakhpur Zone Under Question

A young ABM is dead. And the meetings that kept him on the road till late night were not for him alone. All ABMs under Gorakhpur Zone were called in the same way, again and again, through the last week.

Records shared by bank staff show the pattern. On 2 July, ABMs were called from 5 PM to 8:50 PM. On 6 July, from 3 PM to 7:45 PM. On 7 July, from 4 PM to 9:10 PM. On 8 July, from 4 PM to 7:40 PM.

Shahzadpur branch ABM Chandan Vikas, age 37, was one of them. His branch is 129 kilometers from the zonal office. On 8 July, after the meeting ended around 7:30 PM, he started the drive back. Just 15 kilometers from his room, his vehicle collided with a tractor loaded with bamboo. The bamboo pierced through his mouth. He died on the spot.

When word of his death reached the zonal office, the Zonal Manager did not step out of the cabin. The door stayed shut. Bankers who gathered in the hallway to protest were also left unheard.

This is not one officer being singled out. This is the standard practice at Gorakhpur Zone, and it is the standard practice at zonal and regional offices across almost every bank in the country. ABMs and branch managers are called in for physical meetings that start late and run past dinner time, then sent back on the same roads at night, often over 100 kilometers away.

A road accident is being recorded as the cause of death. But the real question is why an officer was on a highway close to 8 PM after a meeting that had no fixed end time, and why this is treated as routine across the banking sector.

उत्तर प्रदेश ग्रामीण बैंक ने एक स्पेशल साफ्टवेयर का प्रयोग कर अपने सभी स्टाफ़ को रोबोट में कन्वर्ट कर दिया है। अब आगे से इस बैंक में इसांनो की जगह सिर्फ़ रोबोट की भर्ती हुआ करेगी।

People think every government employee has black money and is minting money.

Once, I consulted on a government PSU bank project. As part of the project, I went to Churu, Rajasthan.

Met a bank officer, five years into service. From South India, posted in Rajasthan. Did not know the local language. Food did not suit him. Living alone in a tiny one bedroom flat. Gas stove in the corner. Bike for a 20 km commute to his branch.

He has targets to hit. Village visits for NPA recovery. Dealing with the public in harsh demanding conditions. Has to implement many government policies at ground.

Met many more people like him during that consulting project.

Corrupt people exist, mostly at the top. Small percentage.

There are many ordinary people like him earning an honest living.

बैंक में जो भी ग्राहक आते हैं उनमें हर दुसरा ग्राहक कुछ न कुछ इमेरजेंसी लेके आता है, और बिजी तो वो इतना होता है कि 5 मिनट वेट करने में उसका करोड़ों का नुक़सान हो रहा हो। और जब स्टाफ़ लंच के लिए उठने वाला होता है तब तो लगभग 90% ग्राहक इमेरजेंसी ग्राहक बन जाते हैं। अगर सच में स्टाफ़ हर ग्राहक की बात पर भरोसा करके काम करता रहे तो वो कभी लंच कर ही नहीं पायेगा। क्योंकि उनमें से 99% फ़ेक इमेरजेंसी होते हैं। इसलिए लंच का एक फ़िक्स समय निर्धारित किया जाये जिससे ग्राहकों और बैंक कर्मियों दोनों को कोई परेशानी ना हो।

Addressing a press conference in Delhi, he says, "Somebody is saying that fuel mileage is going to drop. It is now well established that ethanol is even used in racing cars. Acceleration improves. What is that called? Knocking? Knocking also improves. Mileage? Yes, it may drop a little. But it may drop slightly due to various factors... Secondly, after consulting all stakeholders, including SIAM and ARAI, we have reached this stage. Then someone says, 'Your insurance will no longer cover this'. Insurance companies have already clarified that there is no such issue. But who benefits from spreading this false narrative? I am not going to make any accusations, but one thing should be very clear. There is enough space in India's growing consumer market for all technologies to coexist. There is room for electric vehicles, biofuel blended vehicles, and we are currently only at 20 per cent ethanol blending. If we move from 20 per cent to 25 per cent, it will happen only after all the necessary tests have been completed. There is also enough space for hybrid vehicles and CNG vehicles..."

Sorry sir but kyc is not induced by staff but it is a due diligence introduced by RBI and Bank in a dormant accounts to avoid fraud and most importantly asking to deposit money is also part of same due diligence. Rest might be handled properly by staff.

ये उत्तर प्रदेश के गुरसहायगंज में ग्रामीण बैंक में पोस्टेड हैं। एक गरीब का बच्चा बीमार है और उसे KYC के नाम पर एक हफ्ते से दौड़ा रही है।

KYC के नाम पर पहले पैसे लिए।
और पैसे लेने के बाद भी उसका खाता वापस से नही खोल। और जब उसने बार बार गुहार लगाई तो उल्टा उसपर ही चिल्लाने लगीं।

ये सब हरकतें जानबूझ कर की जा रही है।
दूसरी फ़ोटो में देखिए ये कैसे मुस्कुरा रही है और वो बाहर खड़ा इनको बुला रहा इनसे काम करने को कह रहा है।
