@Tracfone Your support was useless, I ended up doing a reset network settings and it resolved the issue. The problem is that the iCloud backup recovered the old carrier settings. I think some additional training is in order for your team.
@Tracfone my mother hasn't received a SMS message since we switched from AT&T to Verizon for the underlying carrier. The device is sending messages fine and phone calls work inbound as well as outbound. I have now talked to three representatives and they keep blaming the device
@Tracfone This appears to be a carrier issue post porting from AT&T to Verizon (both with TracFone), I've now spent hours trying to get this resolved. It appears your team isn't sufficiently equipped to support issues of a technical issue on the carrier side. Reach out to me via a DM.
@SlickWraps Good job SlickWraps, it's nice to see that you're not acknowledging the facts and as a result building a long list of customers that will not be doing business with you any longer. Admitting fault would have been the way to go, obviously not the route taken.

@RicohTweets Support thinks a scan-to-email issue on a copier is related to a PCL driver. Obviously they haven't been trained correctly, please advise if you have a support engineer that can handle this troubleshooting.
