GOODBYE EXCEL.

The engineer who built Claude Code runs 10 to 15 Claude sessions at the same time. Most people still run one and wait.
Boris Cherny, the creator of Claude Code at Anthropic, just broke down exactly how he works with it in one free video. No course, no paywall.
The system is simpler than it sounds:
▪ 5 sessions in the terminal, each in its own git checkout, plus 5-10 more on the web
▪ Plan mode first on anything complex, code only after the plan holds up
▪ One shared CLAUDEmd file in the repo that the whole team keeps editing
▪ After every mistake, one line at the end of the prompt: "Update your CLAUDEmd so you don't make that mistake again"
That last line is the real trick. The model writes its own rules, so the same bug stops showing up in every new session and the error rate drops week after week.
Paid prompting courses sell templates. This is the opposite - a setup that gets smarter the longer it runs.
this is pure f*cking treasure.
my ai bill last month:
claude max 20x ............ $200
chatgpt pro ............... $200
supergrok heavy ........... $300
total ..................... $700
then i went through github and found 5 repos that eat the boring half of that bill on my own machine
rizzo-flow ................ 833 stars
the open local take on typesafe's jev. a 4.4gb model on llama.cpp answers yes / no / pick one / score with a probability on every answer, and you point your api at localhost by changing one url
llm2jev ................... 391 stars
turns qwen3.5-4b into a jev-style decision model. 48ms p50 in their own benchmark, against 652ms for the real jev
fast-browser-use .......... 202 stars
a browser agent that runs 100% local on qwen3.5-9b and plugs into claude code and codex as a skill. opens the right wikipedia article in about 4 seconds, zero cloud calls
deepseekgui ............... 84 stars
a desktop workbench on deepseek harness with git, a built-in browser and memory. you pay deepseek per token instead of a flat $200 a month
oriveo .................... 25 stars
one app for openai, anthropic, gemini, grok, deepseek and 10 more providers, plus ollama on your own gpu. your keys, no subscription, no account
claude still writes my hardest code. the yes or no calls, the browser clicking and the everyday chatting moved to my gpu and my own api keys, and the receipt stopped looking like rent

did they put a hose inside of Kay Lovely because that squirting is insane 😵💫
watch Isiah taste it all as she literally screams in pleasure! did you even know this was possible?
pump harder as she gets back on his BBC and lets him creampie her, what would you rather taste: her squirt or his load? both? 🤭
CLAUDE + OBSIDIAN + LOOP ENGINEERING = A VAULT THAT RUNS ITSELF
the core idea: the loop keeps its state in the vault, so the chat window can close anytime
everything Claude knows lives in a markdown file
the loop:
> capture - a thought lands in 00-inbox
> context - Claude Opus 5.5 pulls the links, tags and neighbouring notes
> draft - edits happen in a git worktree, the live vault stays untouched
> review - a critic agent reads the diff before anything ships
> commit - appended to the vault, nothing overwritten
the key insight: frontmatter fields like supports, contradicts and supersedes act as graph edges. the note format is the write API
start with a plain loop. it costs roughly 2-4x a single direct call
upgrade to a full graph only when state has to outlive the session, several agents need to coordinate, or you need to explain what changed. that step can run 10-50x
one review assistant went 55% -> 72% -> 84% by walking through these shapes in order
worth stealing even if you never build a graph: the review step
most vaults skip it and let Claude write straight into live notes
the mistakes stack up for months before anyone notices
put that gate in first
One of my friend makes $1.2 million a year as an Anthropic engineer.
I asked him how he learned prompting so well. He sent me a video that was never supposed to get out. Their core team's prompting playbook.
You won’t find anything better about prompting than this 30 minutes video.
I watched it last night. Halfway through, I realized I've been using Claude completely wrong for two years.
Watch it, then read the article below.
Anthropic engineer:
"99% of people use Claude Code like Google, and only 1% are running swarms of self-learning Claude agents
I'm running 100+ agents in a loop. I have Chief agent, PM agents - they manage the whole team"
in a 30-minute workshop, an Anthropic engineer revealed how to get max value from Claude Code at min. cost
this is worth more than another $500 vibe-coding course
