A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Shri A. K. Tripathy, IAS (Retd.), Chairman, Experts Committee, at the Conference Hall of the School & Mass Education Department, in the presence of senior officers, to discuss the demands of the employees of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan (OAVS).

All members of the Adarsh Vidyalaya Teachers Association held a peaceful demonstration today by wearing black badges in school, urging the Government to kindly consider our 13-point charter of demands.

We humbly request the Govt. to address the long-pending issues of OAV teachers, especially:
1️⃣ Government employee status
2️⃣ Uniform cadre rules

If our voices continue to go unheard, we will be left with no option but to march on the streets of Bhubaneswar during the Assembly session. #cadrerule #oavs #govtstatus #avta
