Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly are just two recent examples of Arsenal successfully transitioning two academy products to the first team, using our Sonra Cloud technology to guide their athletic development.
Sonra Cloud allows the performance staff within every side at the club - from the academy teams to the first team - to easily access, share, and edit player data via a web browser (you can access remotely).
For example, an U-18 academy player has been promoted to first-team training: the first-team sports scientist can see and understand his athletic profile, creating individual thresholds for the player.
Vice versa, the academy sports scientist can log in and see what the player has done in first-team training or in a game, so when the player returns to the U-18 team, they can continue to be loaded sufficiently - zero blindspots.
It's an accurate and easy way to move players between the academy and first-team (or different teams within a federation) without compromising the athletic development of your players.
I’ve been getting a lot of questions about impulse and its variants. So here’s my attempt at briefly explaining the differences between the impulse variants that are reported in the @hawkindynamics system 👍

My time with the U18 squad has been incredible.
A new chapter begins this week working with the U21 Squad, helping players effectively transition into senior football.
Looking forward to the rest of the season..

Is it a long term or one off session approach? What are the positives? What are the negatives, if any? How do you implement?
