@DDWMeeting@IslamHassanM@AmerGastroAssn Whats wrong with the Standard American Diet? Lots of preservatives, unnatural high quantities of animal products, processed carbohydrates and salt. But we don’t know what’s driving the increased risk of cancer!! 🤬
@drkeithsiau Saw a patient recently that has pet monkeys. The whole family had chronic diarrhea 7-10 times daily for months.. a single-dose of tinidazole did the job.
ESG is building steam.. Very nice paper here showing good results.

This is one of the reasons I love baseball.. The game is never ‘over’ before it’s truly over.. Your team can always come even to the very last out of the very last inning.
As a G.I. specialist, I will absolutely be getting my screening colonoscopy at age 45... why not, I’ve already had two of them. My dad died of #coloncancer He refused to get the procedure. #machismo
I am about as unbiased as a G.I. physician could be about the NEJM paper that trashes the value of colonoscopy. The reason is because I don’t even do screening colonoscopy anymore, I sent all of those to my partners who enjoy doing them much more. #Colonoscopy#ColonCancer
NEJM should be ashamed for publishing the study. Obvious it would cause controversy and headlines. more importantly are the public health effects, now that news pick up the story and patients are confused or flat out now distrust their physician. https://t.co/GOIkfHmfQg
