@TfL some big over charges on my account from Sunday. Journeys to and from Paddington and Tottenham Court Road and Royal Oak to Baker Street. Seems like something wrong. I can't request refunds because you've not dealt with the cyber attack even though it's been nearly a month

@nxupdates Actually despite showing a 50 minute delay in the coach tracker the service departed on time. It first showed the delay, then ten minutes later it said tracking not available.

@TfL the number 7 from Oxford Street is the least reliable bus service in the whole city. Never on time and often doesn't even show up at all.
