It's hard to describe the contempt I have for you people that genuinely think that there's no urban poverty and wealth inequality in China. The great prices are out of systematic depression of wages, esp gig economy. The clean streets are through bussing beggars out into the countryside.

But the confidence that housing was a safe investment is uttterly gone, noone feels safe and noone wants to spend money.
