Calling all NYC data / politics / R nerds! I’ll be talking about election analytics, both what we know from political science and what I’ve learned from my work with @SurveyMonkey and @MSFTResearch, on June 5th. Thanks to @nyhackr for hosting me. RSVP while you can!
Excited for the opportunity to teach more advanced #rstats topics that usually don't fit in the curriculum. 31st May - 2nd June online at @gesistraining
Are you regularly working with #RStats but would like to take your skills to the next level, e.g. by learning about functional and efficient programming, debugging and package writing?
@tpaskhalis's workshop got you covered!

Great to see it out. In this @NatureComms paper we show the null effects of exposure to Russian IRA campaign on Twitter on voting behaviour and attitudes in the 2016 US elections. The descriptive stats are, probably, even more interesting! https://t.co/FnzBrvdxC9
@GMichaelPetty @NatureComms Not entirely sure what 'self-reported' means here. The sample came from a YouGov panel. The data on 'exposure' to trolls' tweets came from the observed friends of respondents and what was posted on their timelines.
