@berkie1 So terrible. Lots of options on this street for some easy traffic calming. Street is very wide, crossing distance is long. Take that painted bumpout and make it permanent with bollards and cement! Makes me so mad that we have the solutions we just refuse to inconvenience drivers.

Ok, twitter friends. Took the @NJTRANSIT @NJTRANSIT_NEC to New Brunswick last night for a wonderful dinner. Saw this new intersection at Albany and Spring. Not sure how I feel about it... My gut feeling is bad, but what do I know. Chime in friends!

New Brunswick could be a great biking city with the right infrastructure. College Kids, transit, theater district, and good restaurants!

It basically created three slip lanes, making it easier to move cars while making it more dangerous for pedestrians. Need a pro to weigh in @schlthss.
