@NTCouncilTeam Hi, I just saw a sign at the end of Wheatfield Grove on the junction to hailsham avenue saying the road is closed for a month. Is it just that junction that is closed? Will that affect the junction from Wheatfield Grove to Lamborne avenue? Thank you 😊

@on_lothianbuses Hi, I want to clarify something before I make a complaint. Bus service number 9 from kings building towards muirhouse. Does the bus serve the stop just outside Sainsbury's on marchmont road (spottiswoode road)? Is the stop at marchmont crescent closed? Thanks

@on_lothianbuses Thanks for your reply. Yes it should but the drivers have been skipping the one at spottiswoode rd and using the old Marchmont crescent one. Could you plz pass a message to remind the drivers that that stop isn't active anymore. Saves my mum for running for the bus or stressing

@on_lothianbuses Yet again the no9 bus failed to stop at marchmont road. The driver stops at marchmont crescent instead which is permanently closed since a few weeks. My mum managed to get on, spoke with the driver and they have no clue of the change. Twice in 2 weeks, what is going on? Annoying

@on_lothianbuses Hi, well that's not very helpful. Did he just not fancy stopping at the stop? Was he having a bad day? Was there a miscommunication of which stop was in use? Saying sorry doesn't help that customers like my mum gets stranded.

@on_lothianbuses I would appreciate it, could you let me know what has been said? Because my mum is in her late to 60s and can't be running for buses and especially in this heat. It's unacceptable and it's not the first time this has happened and probably not the last. Thank you

@on_lothianbuses Thanks for clarifying. So if all is running normal then why did the bus no 9 at 1140am today drive pass my mum and several others on Marchmont road towards town? She waved at the driver but he was pointing towards marchmont crescent and drove away. The bus stop was clearly open

@peacocks Yeah it's not great when you purchase something like 3 days ago then get an email today saying it's been cancelled cos you got no stock. Also does anyone work on customer service because I've twitted and emailed and no one has bothered to respond?
