@OctopusEnergy They try to come across all friendly but actually the most ruthless company I’ve ever dealt with. The image shows my latest contact from them
@OctopusEnergy Still no DM, I'm beginning to suspect this is the same seemingly hallucinating AI chatbot that buried my complaint about a faulty IHD for months, never resolved, and never issued a deadlock statement.
@EE@ee sold goods, not fit for purpose. EE have profited from their mistake by hanging on to the payment for as long as they can. An apology followed by an immediate refund would be the right thing to do rather referring to obscure Ts&Cs
@EE When I asked @ee
why they don't put a message on their website warning customers of problems with defunct cards, @ee
claimed it had only happened once. Really ?? @UKConsumerRight
@EE Can anyone see the irony? Within minutes of engaging, @ee customer service are saying “you had already been provided with a deadlock letter. Have you followed the details in that letter to discuss this further with the ombudsman?” Clearly not true 😒
@EE Sorry Russ I haven't followed the details in the deadlock letter because, as you say I’ll have to wait 5 working days for it. Why cant EE email it ? I would be much more efficient and better for the environment
@trevmitch76 I can see that our team called you this morning to discuss this, and that you had already been provided with a deadlock letter. Have you followed the details in that letter to discuss this further with the ombudsman? -Russ
@EE It's really is a point of principle @ee have admitted the problem with the PAYG cards is totally thier fault. When it comes to refunding my money they just quote obscure Ts&Cs and tech jargon. 🙁
@EE@EE have been no help, whatsover on 26 Feb @ee said they'd send another card (failed) now want to keep my £15 for a further 14 working days. On Friday said they'd call me, (failed again) Now EE say the matter is resolved.
@EE Hi there you're offering to help, yet I'm experiencing terrible customer service from EE. I’ve sent details via Dm and I’m just being fobbed of....Please help !!
@EE I hope you can look into it asap as it's been going on for a week. The EE the card I bought has the number on it I will DM my number. Maybe you should warn people against buying EE cards ?
@EE I have a pay monthly plan with EE. After 3 lengthy, frustrating calls to EE I have no new card as promised, EE still have my £15. I was told I’d be contacted by a manager at 18.10 on 5 Mar, they didn’t bother. Should i just give up
?
@EE I bought a EE pay as you go card for an EE phone. I went on MyEE and paid £15.00 on my credit card. It failed to activate. I called EE they said the number was already in use. I have no refund and no new card after a week.
@AmazonHelp Amazon advertise a delivery date, after you've paid they alter the date and claim the delivery date is "estimated" please show me where it says estimated. I actually pay extra for this Prime membership. If delivery times are estimated state it clearly don't hide it in T&Cs
