Idea 1: scrap the corporate tax structure. Public companies issue 3% of their stock yearly to be sold by government. Private companies pay 30% net income tax. Immediately balances budget. Pays off the national debt in 25 years.

Corporations paying a yearly 3% tax on public stock values would target the rich (and rich foreigners). The bottom 90% of Americans own less than 10% of the stock market.

Idea 5: every presidential pardon expires in 90 days unless the Senate ratifies it. If it’s truly just, that’s not a high bar. This will require a constitutional amendment.

Idea 4: candidates for president/senate/congress must provide previous 7 years of tax returns (constitutional ammendment) and every tax return while in office.

Idea 3: president/senators/congress can only invest in the Wiltshire 5000, and only after posting their intentions to buy or sell including the $$$ amount one month in advance. No other investment vehicles of any kind. No blind trusts or family member loopholes.

Idea 2: a bloc of 6 moderate Senators would only vote for bipartisan legislation. All cabinet nominations would require bipartisanship. Same with all Supreme Court nominees.
