Most female founder events make no sense.

All many people have in common is gender and they tend to be a waste of time for people trying to move their companies forward.

I encourage you to have events based on business verticals and simply invite women. The end.

Fascinating - the rich and poor work essentially the same hours.

Top 1% workers - 46.6 hours per week
Bottom 1% workers - 43.2 hours per week

What drives this? I believe it's:

- Access
- Education
- Leverage

In the age of AI, this will only get wider.

Founder meetups give me life 💕 Celebrating successes, sharing horror stories, but remembering we’re all just humans riding the startup roller coaster 🎢

My gym might have a better community strategy than your company. Here's what they do:

[Tricia @triciajose]

4. They empower me to feel like I'm part of the team, making me want to amplify my participation to the world - celebrating milestones, calling me by name, and even taking professional photos makes me in turn become an ambassador everywhere I go

[Packy McCormick @packyM]

I love Substack and I think it's cool that they're opening up to let writers (and others) invest in the company, but....

if only there were a way for writers to earn ownership by contributing their work to the platform 🤔
