@CoFoundersNik If you bought your home pre pandemic or if you rates are low from the Great Recession, the there’s very little incentive to reduce prices. Most of us are paying mortgages that are significantly cheaper than rent so there no need to rush.

So @elonmusk spends billions on AI that can’t even answer a simple question. ChatGPT has zero issues with this. The answer is 9am EST to 12:30PM EST (3.5 hours of overlap). It seems the model doesn’t understand some very basic things about time. Not a good look.
