Now I cannot keep on buying Ledger devices every couple of years just because the products have known issues. I need a permanent solution to this else I might have to reconsider moving to another hardware wallet brand.

The Battery E7 issue is known in Nano X and I want a permanent resolution on this before this I was using Nano S and had to upgrade to Nano X due to screen dim issue (known issue in Nano S).

Now the Ledger India support team earlier replaced the product out of warranty in January 2026 but now when I am facing the same issue with the replacement device they are saying my device is out of warranty.

@Ledger I am using Nano X (Bought November 2024) and it was replaced this January (January 2026) due to the Battery Charging Issue E7 error. Now with the replacement device too I am facing the same issue.

@peyushbansal it’s my 40th birthday this 23rd and I don’t want to buy two of the same frames; one with powered tinted lenses and one with powered blu thin lenses. When logically I can get both blu thin + photochromic lenses in the same frame which your store does not support.

@peyushbansal I am excited for the new Superman collection specifically PID 235479 however, I tried everywhere; app, store and customer support (call) all are saying since its a sunglass I cannot have bluthin lenses + photochromatic option on these. Don’t see the logic why not.

A frame is a frame be it sunglass or eyeglass. I want this specific frame for my office wear so want powered blu thin + photochromic lenses. Please make this happen!
