@guyday@Tesla I hear you! My S battery failed (common - BMS_u018) then the drive unit (common - coolant leak) and now the battery heater (common). I still enjoy the car but it's risky to own outside of warranty. Improved reliability or cheaper repairs would also help to reduce depreciation.
@foodilty@EmiratesSupport There are similar laws in Australia to ensure pricing transparency but it seems @Emirates doesn't care. "Too late, we've got your money!" seems to be the attitude. Expensive mistake for me, using 'Manage My Booking' instead of chat cost me $250!Next time I'll fly Qatar instead!
@MazJobrani@Ticketek_AU Is this a joke? My family members were excited to see your show on Friday but no longer feel like laughing after the violent murder of their cousin last week. Is it really necessary to require a death certificate from a grieving family in this instance?
@dennis_p@DavidCaoEV@Tesla Hi Dennis, my 2014 S85 (90k mi) is displaying a BMS_u018 error intermittently. Range is OK but not great (165mi @ 80%). Tesla says it maybe just calibration but I'm still under warranty and would be disappointed if it dies shortly post-warranty. Was your issue gradual or sudden?
@Ellesmaera@JPUConn Sorry to hear it... Tesla says my pack is OK but I guess I need to do a few long distance trips to prove/disprove before my pack warranty runs out!
@Ellesmaera@JPUConn Hi @Ellesmaera, I'm receiving the same errors on my 2014 Model S85 with about 140,000km. Just wondering if your issue was permanently solved by recalibration, or if you ended up needing another pack replacement? Thank you
@wk057 Ever seen this before? Range flapping between 269-284km constantly, charger cycling on/off, also seeing BMS_u018 errors. I suspect my HV battery is failing, what do you think?
@auspost I'm still waiting for delivery of a parcel that was due in the first week of February. Have lodged multiple enquiries but no meaningful feedback. Phone number voice recognition gets the number wrong every time and won't let me speak to a human. Can you please help?
I purchased an NBD on-site warranty with a high-end @QNAP_nas but parts won't arrive until 11 days after the failure. Warranty provider @computergate says NBD SLA starts when parts arrive. Did I pay $500 for a worthless warranty? Why are spares not kept locally like HP, Lenovo?
@9NewsPerth @7NewsPerth @6PR Perth COVID exposure site list includes "City China Garden". I can't find a restaurant with this name? Should it be "City Garden Chinese Restaurant"? It's important to get this corrected, so the right people know they should get tested!

@BigO_37 @Telstra I've also been experiencing a SIP outage in Perth since approx 10am WST. Been on hold to Business SIP faults for 30 mins. Nothing on Telstra's outage pages either!
DC Fast charging @ Arthur River Roadhouse thanx to kind private benefactor (Jon) for supplying $50k chargepod. Doing govt heavy lifting since govt too slow to really acknowledge electric vehicles are here now. @MarkMcGowanMP@SynergyEnergy @hamishhastie @abcperth@tesla
Any chance we could see a follow up on this story pls @BridieEV? No progress whatsoever and Model 3 will be here next month :( @Tesla@elonmusk @hamishhastie

@Qantas Just tried phoning your call centre to pay for a flight (web site failed half-way through the online booking) and a recorded message advised of 2 hour wait time. Is there an outage? What would be a good time to call back?
