@UberUKI_Support I activated a 12-month free trial (UK offer) yesterday @ 11:47AM. An accidental upgrade/refund glitch in your app completely wiped the promo from my account.
In-app support has been useless for 24h. I have the PayPal receipt proving I had the trial. Please assist
