Can someone help me understand why any publicly traded company with $200M+ of revenues and/or $2B+ market cap would outsource their investor relations? Are they just trying to save a few bucks? Do they think those IR firms have better existing relationships with funds, family offices, etc.?
There are simply too many legit public companies with real businesses and real shareholder bases that are using these crappy outsourced IR firms and it needs to stop.
🚨 REUTERS: $HIMS WEIGHT-LOSS BUSINESS TO DIRECTLY BENEFIT AS EMPLOYERS DROP COVERAGE FOR GLP-1s IN 2027
- Right now, ~43% of employers cover GLP-1s for weight loss
- Next year, 10% of employers that currently cover GLP-1 weight-loss drugs plan to drop them in 2027
- This will push more patients toward cash-pay telehealth GLP-1s from companies like Hims

Not all telehealth is created equal. As the space has grown, so has the number of platforms competing on speed and convenience rather than safety and clinical rigor. Consumers deserve to know the difference between a platform built for their health and one built for a quick sale.
Read about five criteria to identify the differences: https://t.co/F3JHwBaqHh
Black & gray markets for peptides strike fear in many people/drug makers. Understandable.
BUT
The larger (potentially more “disruptive”) tide change is this:
People microdosing brand or compounded Rx peptides & still getting big effects.
Impacts the $ flow, Rx sharing & more.
$AMZN - PRIME DAY SALES SEEN UP 9% TO $26.3B
US online spending during Amazon’s Prime Day is expected to rise 9% to $26.3 billion, driven by demand for discounted back-to-school and household goods.

From 2011-2018, I was an institutional investor, managing my own capital alongside capital from some exceptional Limited Partners.
Even though I don’t manage outside capital any more, every quarter I still get on the phone with these LPs and update them.
I had the tremendous honor of working on behalf of some amazing institutions like Mayo Clinic and Memorial Sloan Kettering. It’s great to keep making money for people like that.
PS - only DPI matters. Everything else is bullshit.
I would like to see you make a voluntary contribution of 5% of your family’s $200M net worth to the government for important healthcare, childcare, and jobs. Don’t worry, it’s just one-time. Your $10M contribution will provide free childcare for over 1,000 California kids for a year! Once you’ve made your personal contribution to a more just and equitable society, I’ll support all your other asset seizure ideas. But you gotta go first…
Today, we took long-overdue action to restore science, accountability, and the rule of law.
In September 2023, the Biden FDA pushed a number of peptides into Category 2 — “Bulk Drug Substances that Raise Significant Safety Risks” — driving a dangerous black market that puts Americans at risk.
Now, after nominators withdrew 12 peptides, the FDA will remove them from Category 2 and will bring them to PCAC at its next two meetings, beginning in July—where independent experts will rigorously evaluate each substance on its scientific merits using full clinical, pharmacological, and safety evidence.

• Thymosin beta-4 fragment (LKKTETQ)
• Epitalon
• GHK-Cu (injectable)

• DSIP (Emideltide)
• Dihexa Acetate
• Ibutamoren Mesylate
• Melanotan II
• KPV
• Semax (heptapeptide)
• Cathelicidin LL-37
This action begins to restore regulated access and will immediately begin shifting demand away from the black market.
We will follow the science, enforce the law, and deliver the clarity patients, providers, and pharmacies deserve.
if @elonmusk paid 100% of his net worth ($1.4 trillion) as a tax it would only cover federal government spending for 77 days. this isn’t a tax problem…
Biology is AI. The understanding of the LEGO blocks at the amino acid level will unlock the cures we have all been waiting for. From amino acid to peptides to proteins and how to shape shift the proteins into cytokines, antibodies and target them to our biological needs. Spent 30 years understanding this from Abraxane to shape shift the most dominant protein in our body- Albumin, to Anktiva the most important cytokine in our body. Next antibodies. More to come and the world of biology is finally being unravelled. Nice talk. Should watch.
