Classic @RoyalMail . Second parcel this month (out of two- an impressive 100%) that you’ve repeatedly not delivered when you said you would/should. The last one eventually got returned to the sender without you ever even trying to deliver it. Shambles of a business.

@PFEW_HQ In the interest of fairness- I’ve just found another document dated 1/1/24 which has the cover amounts are the same as the September 2022 values (left, above) and not the September 2023 values (right, above). Apologies 😬…will update when I’ve had confirmation

@RoyalMailHelp what is going on with the Royal Mail? Now awaiting THREE parcels outside expected delivery times. Haven’t moved from the sorting centre for days. Tracking is debatable. No response to DMs. @RoyalMail….even Evri and Yodel are more reliable now 😱🤦‍♂️
