Learn a little history. The name of the place is Karabakh. All major powers recognize it as Azerbaijani national territory. Armenia ethnically cleansed it in the First Karabakh War: murdering, raping, torturing. Azerbaijan liberated it following the 2nd Karabakh War. The Armenians left voluntarily.
