@bookingcom 2 accommodations have prepayment stated on the receipt but are charging extra in cash. I have already messaged on the Booking app and DM-d here please can I get some help?

@AirbnbHelp is this the type of service Airbnb want their customers to experience? How would you feel with this note in a room you paid for, after being left outside after check-in? And how would you sleep with the light pouring into the room, this note, and a bad greeting?
@Airbnb_uk this is the condition of an Airbnb and complete lack of support service to compensate for no sleep, even though I raised the problems within 72 hours. A note about death... Is this really what people expect from using Airbnb?
@Airbnb I was left outside after check-in by the host, felt uncomfortable but had nowhere else to go, this creepy note was in the room, Airbnb support have not compensated me even though I couldn't sleep and reported within 72 hours. Bad company. Bad experience.

@AirbnbHelp Airbnb support keep rejecting saying I have to report a problem within 72 hours, even though it has been reported within 72 hours. The host has a note talking about death in the room. How is this OK?
