Had no sense from them this week. Not chasing anymore, have time off on Friday so calling over there. They been fobbing you off with lies?

@DFSCare@lisarich30 Wouldn't bother getting in touch Lisa. They somehow tried to blame us for our sofa not turning up. Saying it hadn't even come into the warehouse so how did we book delivery even when we have all the txs to prove this and we still have no sofa ๐คฆโโ๏ธ #shambles
