This is one thing i’m learning about snacking…A lot of ppl think it’s no big deal as long as they stay under a certain amount of calories…but i’m learning it’s not just about calories….It’s also about what constantly eating and snacking does to your blood sugar, cravings, energy, and hunger throughout the day…And honestly, a lot of us have just been conditioned to believe we need snacks all day….But if you’re eating real meals with enough nutrients and protein your body doesn’t actually need all the extra snacking…that’s been one of the biggest mindset shifts for me as of late….The less i snack, the better i feel…More stable energy, Less cravings, Less feeling controlled by food throughout the day…I’m still learning, but it’s been eye-opening for me.
