Cool side note:
Assistant HC Leslie Frazier has now won rings as:
•Starter on '85 Bears D
•Assistant HC/DB coach on '06 Colts
•Assistant HC on '25 Seahawks
Interesting career:
•Suffered career-ending knee injury in Bears' SB win; tough break, but went out on top with arguably greatest D in league history
•That '06 Colts D struggled most of season but was lights out in playoffs after Bob Sanders returned--beat Frazier's former team, Chicago, in SB
•The '25 Seattle defense was NFL's best
Ditka, Dungy and Macdonald were the HCs for those teams--completely different guys
“We had 50 players in the draft this year that were over 25-years-old competing against 17 and 18-year-olds...” - Nick Saban
Why’s that important? Well… here’s Will Anderson Jr. at 17-18 years old (left) versus Will Anderson Jr. at 25 years old (right) 😂
There is an offensive synergy challenge with Harden and Mitchell on court together. Harden hasn't played off the ball, but Mitchell is a little better on the ball. With Harden struggling with turnovers, would it be worth trying to get Mitchell going by having him handle?

Here were his measurements and testing. The greatest combo of physical traits and athletic performance/testing I've ever seen. He's extremely raw and just started playing so he's a practice squad type at best but teams bet on traits so he he could be a late 7th or a PFA.
Lavonte David is officially retiring. Two stats on his greatness.
His 415 Defeats rank third all-time since 1991 behind Ray Lewis and Junior Seau. (Defeats: TO, TFL, and plays to prevent 3rd down conversion)
His 330 pass tackle stops (preventing success after reception) rank No. 1 since 1991.
As President & Co-Founder of Liberty City Optimist, this one is special… Salute to Lavonte David on an incredible career. I remember him as a young kid in our program at just 4 years old — and I remember his family even more. His father, Mr. Ed, never missed a practice when I came back to coach at the park. That kind of love, discipline, and consistency built the man we see today.
Lavonte, you are everything our program stands for — class, character, work ethic, and leadership on and off the field. From Liberty City to JUCO to Nebraska to becoming one of the best to ever do it… that journey is what greatness looks like.
My brother, you didn’t just make it — you made us proud. You represent the very best of Liberty City Optimist Warriors. Whatever comes next, we already know it’s going to be great. And your parents are proud of you, son. Never forget, you will ALWAYS have a home with us.
We love you. Nothing but respect. Nothing but class. 🏆💪
I see so many posts and get so many questions about the Texans trading up but remember this. Will Anderson, CJ Stroud, Kamari Lassiter are all getting big extensions to go with a big deal for Stingley and a potential increase for Nico. I didn't even mention Bullock who should get another deal as well. They need their picks to help balance out the salary cap vs. the rising costs for 2nd contracts.
My favorite Mike Evans stat is if you combine the 2nd, 3rd and 4th TD receiving leaders in Buccaneers franchise history...it only ties Mike.
Mike Evans - 108 TD
Chris Godwin, Jimmie Giles, Cameron Brate - 108 TD
