@Budget Now when I call back I’m on hold for 30 minutes for a supervisor and I’m told they can’t call me back. I have to wait for them to get on the line. The level of customer service just getting worse. @Budget#budgetcarrental
@Budget This morning when calling I asked the agent to clarify about a second driver I ask him to repeat because he kept reading from a script and not answering my question, so I asked for a different agent and he hung up! #badservice@budget#budgetcarrental
