Updated Exhibits; 8/19/2026
On June 8th, 2023, over a year before Finland government arrested 4 Biafrans and Simon Ekpa, the International Society for Civil liberties and rule of law wrote Finland and over 28 European Heads of Missions and government informing them of the killings, atrocities and other internationally prohibited acts ravaging Nigerias Imo state and Biafra territory where Simon Ekpa comes from (report attached - part)
They also informed these governments on the danger of relying on any intelligence, evidence or information from the Nigeria government as it relates to rule of law, human rights and civil rights
The question then is; at what point did Finland government become aware of the atrocities of the Nigeria state including their politicians, policies and police as well as reports from them?
Did Finland as a free democracy report such atrocities of the Nigeria state and politicians to the appropriate bodies including the European Human Rights court?
Did Finland contribute to racial profiling of People from a particular ethnic group and withheld reporting and actions that could have saved thousands of Biafrans murdered by the Nigeria state within the same specified timeline?
Did Finland continues to date to cause killings and forceful removal of United States of Biafra Christian citizens by the Nigeria state and politicians by removing and holding PM Simon Ekpa?

Mandatory Sovereign Identification Protocol for Biafrans in Australia
To All Indigenous Biafrans Residing in Australia,
The Permanent Mission of the United States of Biafra (USB) in Australia hereby issues an official directive regarding the commencement of the Sovereign Identification Protocol.
Following the landmark precedent established by Australia Tribunal, individual identification within the Biafran geopolitical collective is formally recognized under Australian law. The Tribunal successfully validated that peaceful association with the UNITED STATES OF BIAFRA(Restored) SUCCESSOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF BIAFRA sovereign framework establishes a clear legal nexus for the Biafran identity status & international protection claims under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth).
To secure your extraterritorial protection rights, all compatriots must now formalize their legal status through our Diplomatic Mission in Australia.
Purpose of the Protocol
Unified Legal Framework: Merges localized factions and scattered political claims into a singular, internationally recognized self-determination framework.
Statutory Protection: Establishes your Biafran identity status & satisfy refugee criteria under Section 36(2)(a)(for refugee applicants) and protects your conscience under Section 5J(3) of the Migration Act.
Risk Mitigation: Counters the active monitoring of Biafran nationals by foreign intelligence services by integrating applicants into a verified geopolitical collective.
Required Documentation
Applicants must present themselves to the Mission Office to issue and deploy ICAO Doc 9303 compliant National IDs and Sovereign Nationality Certificates. These instruments fulfill the technical requirements for global state participation and serve as binding legal evidence of your political identity.
Processing Center & Authority
All documentation, oral testimonies, and sovereign instruments must be processed exclusively through the authorized diplomatic unit:
Diplomatic Unit: United States of Biafra Mission in Australia
Corporate Entity: Biafra Liaison Office in Australia Incorporated (ID: A0119740T)
Do not approach unauthorized entities. Peaceful association with the UNITED STATES OF BIAFRA(Restored) SUCCESSOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF BIAFRA framework must be explicitly verified through the recognized mission Office, in order to carry weight in upcoming administrative review procedures.

Statement by the Government of the United States of Biafra on the 250th Anniversary of the Independence of the United States of America
The Government of the United States of Biafra extends its warmest congratulations to the United States of America on the special occasion of the 250th anniversary of its Declaration of Independence.
Like the Founding Fathers of America, the people of Biafra have embraced the principles of liberty, self-determination, and resistance against extermination as fundamental to our national identity. We recognize that all people are born equal and are entitled to live in freedom, dignity, and in pursuit of happiness. It was upon these same principles that the Republic of Biafra declared its independence in 1967, and that its interrupted sovereignty was restored on November 29, 2024, following the Lahti Declaration.
On this historic occasion, we also remember the United States of America's tacit recognition of Biafra during the genocide perpetrated against our people. We further acknowledge the historical records preserved in the archives of the United States Government, which recognized that, regardless of political developments, the Biafran people could never become part of Nigeria.
Today, many Biafran nationals proudly hold dual citizenship in Biafra and the United States of America. This reflects not only enduring personal ties but also a shared commitment to the universal ideals of freedom, individual liberty, democracy, and human dignity that have long defined the American nation.
As America commemorates 250 years since the birth of its independence, the Government and people of the United States of Biafra wholeheartedly join in celebrating this remarkable milestone. We look forward to the day when our two nations will officially work together in friendship and cooperation for the mutual benefit of our peoples.
Once again, we extend our sincere congratulations to the people and Government of the United States of America.
Happy Independence Anniversary.
Signed,
Dr. Ngozi Orabueze
Deputy Prime Minister
United States of Biafra
Press release 7/3/2026
Violence on both sides should stop
Few days ago, I cautioned the Nigeria state led by President Tinubu and their delegitimized politicians in the United States of Biafra territory such as Hope Uzodinma, Charles Soludo, Bianca Onoh Ojukwu, Peter Obi, Alex Oti, Peter Mbah to STOP using illegal armed militias to terrorize the quiet neighborhoods of the new Christian Nation of USB (see pictures of Tinubus armed militias inside USB)
This call was made to discuss the peaceful separation of the two neighboring countries to reduce tension on Both sides and save lives.
The Nigeria state, rather than seek peace are using illegal armed militias such as Ebubeagu, Udogachi, Agunaechemba etc to not only intimidate, forcefully remove and kill innocent USB citizens, but to attack the new Nation and its people.
I will always be open for peaceful resolution of this crisis as quickly as possible. It is the only legal thing to do at this time.
The United States of Biafra USB is an Independent Nation declared on November 29th, 2024 in Lahti Finland (see video)
Nigeria is currently, forcefully occupying our sovereign Christian Nation
We will protect our territory and People from the terrorist Nigeria state

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Date: 27 June 2026
NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL
Formal Diplomatic Notice Regarding the Alleged Violations of Human Rights, Denial of Due Process, and Threatened Refoulement of a Biafran National
Attention:
Mr. Nicholas
Detention Services Agency
Safi Detention Centre
Republic of Malta
The Government of the United States of Biafra, through the United States of Biafra Department of Foreign Affairs, hereby formally brings to the attention of the competent authorities of Malta the alleged conduct of Mr. Nicholas, an employee of the Detention Services Agency at Safi Detention Centre, concerning the treatment of a Biafran national, Mr. Kenneth, currently held at the facility.
According to a firsthand account provided to the Department of Foreign Affairs, together with information obtained through our own inquiries, Mr. Nicholas allegedly denied Mr. Kenneth access to documentation addressed to him. Furthermore, when Mr. Kenneth identified himself as a Biafran, Mr. Nicholas allegedly laughed at him, mocked his stated identity, and threatened him with deportation to Nigeria. Mr. Kenneth maintains that such a deportation would place him at serious risk of persecution and other harm on account of his Biafran identity.
We further wish to inform the Maltese authorities that Mr. Kenneth has formally executed a Sovereign Declaration in which he declares that he no longer identifies with, nor consents to the colonial jurisdiction of, the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and instead identifies as a citizen of the United States of Biafra. The declaration states that any previous identification with Nigeria arose from historical circumstances and does not reflect his nationality.
In light of the foregoing, we respectfully request that the competent Maltese authorities give full and fair consideration to Mr. Kenneth's identity and any applicable legal protections available to him under Maltese law, European Union law, and international law. We further request that he be permitted access to all documents addressed to him and that any removal proceedings be reviewed in light of his protection claims and the principle of non-refoulement.
We respectfully draw attention to the following legal principles and obligations that may be relevant to Mr. Kenneth's case:
- The Constitution of Malta, particularly the protection of fundamental human rights and freedoms.
- The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, including:
Article 1 – Human dignity.
Article 4 – Prohibition of torture and inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Article 18 – Right to asylum.
Article 19(2) – Prohibition of removal, expulsion, or extradition to a State where there is a serious risk of the death penalty, torture, or other inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
- The European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), including:
Article 3, which prohibits torture and inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment and has been interpreted by the European Court of Human Rights as prohibiting deportation where a person faces a real risk of such treatment.
- The 1951 Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees and its 1967 Protocol, particularly Article 33, which establishes the principle of non-refoulement.
- The United Nations Convention Against Torture (CAT), particularly Article 3, which prohibits the transfer of a person to a State where there are substantial grounds for believing that they would be in danger of being subjected to torture.
Other applicable obligations arising under international human rights and humanitarian law.
Accordingly, we respectfully request that:
1. Mr. Kenneth be granted immediate access to all documentation addressed to him.
2. Any deportation or removal proceedings be suspended while his protection claims are properly assessed.
3. His allegations regarding his treatment at Safi Detention Centre be independently investigated.
4. He be afforded all procedural safeguards and protections guaranteed under Maltese, European Union, and international law.
The United States of Biafra Department of Foreign Affairs respectfully requests that this matter receive the urgent attention of the competent authorities in order to ensure that Malta's legal and humanitarian obligations are fully observed.
Respectfully,
United States of Biafra Mission
