Your last point seems optimistic. If the pilot has already eliminated the major scaling risks, why does the company still need a demonstration/FOAK plant before commercialization? What technical uncertainty is the demonstration plant intended to resolve? If none, is its primary purpose simply to prove commercial viability to customers and investors?
