India has started the process for independence of one of its southern states, Tamil Nadu. Indian coast guard/navy has started treating the fishermen from Tamil Nadu as non-citizens. The process is expected to be complete by November 1st. Kudos to PM Modi.@indiannavy @PMOIndia
