Pls do not send anything vide @delhivery . The trust pilot score of 1.1 is really reflective of its substandard system and services. I send a trolley bag on inland transport from Hyderabad to Dhanbad. They misplaced it. Even a road side service provider would be more responsible.

ur business ethics & support need a check & restructuring. Raised 3 calls yesterday for a refund of a edited falsely advertised stay. Extremely unsafe due to government led demolition on the same block. @makemytrip issued refund the same hour. Shame.

@adpandeya Cant blame u 4 relying on internet. In my 1st hand exp VN CHN & Indonesia have cheaper better buses trains & hotels. Despite war devalued currency & communism VN’s higher per-capita is alarming msg. my country falls prey to false patriotism; I won’t defend its shortcomings.

42km in 10 mins @ 252 kmph! 🚄💨 Railways got upgraded to a high-speed network—at least on the ETA screen! 😂 Yet another world-class experience: Tatkal & premtatkal tickets, booking experience, cancellation charges. Indian travellers r lucky to enjoy such "premium" services.

@adpandeya Vietnam has lower tariff better standards. China bullet train tarrif is lower than premium Tatkal.
Local tarrif is driven by local wages. Basic economics.
Improving mindset towards constructive criticism is first step to improve the country. Be a part of accepting criticism.
