@nagarnigamlko मकान के बाहर की सीवर लाइन जाम है। उसमें बहुत ज़्यादा गंदगी होने के कारण वह ओवरफ़्लो हो रही है और उसका पानी मकान के अंदर आ रहा है। यह समस्या हर दूसरे-तीसरे दिन हो रही है।

This is very disappointing that my return for product was initiated from 1st oct and every time they either reschedule or cancel pickups due to unrealistic reasons, 2 times already pickup cancelled till now and this is 3rd time.

गंगा यमुना हिंदन अपार्टमेंट्स, सिद्धार्थ विहार, गाजियाबाद में स्थिति बेहद नाजुक है। यहाँ की लिफ्टें महीनों से काम नहीं कर रही हैं। कानून के अनुसार, एएमसी को मूल निर्माता या अधिकृत पार्टनर्स को देना चाहिए, लेकिन यूपीएवीपी ने इसे एक स्थानीय विक्रेता को सौंपा है जो पूरी तरह से अक्षम है और शिकायतों का समाधान नहीं करता।
इस कारण बच्चों, महिलाओं और बुजुर्गों का जीवन बेहद कठिन हो गया है, क्योंकि उन्हें 18-19 मंज़िलें चढ़नी पड़ती हैं। हर टावर में 3 लिफ्टें हैं, जिनमें से केवल 1 ही काम कर रही है और वह भी अत्यंत खराब हालत में है। लिफ्ट्स का फ्री फॉल और अचानक रुक जाना आम बात हो चुकी है।
इसके अलावा, सोसायटी का फायर फाइटिंग सिस्टम भी पूरी तरह से अव्यवस्थापित है। किसी भी आगजनी घटना में जीवन और संपत्ति की सुरक्षा करना नामुमकिन होगा। यह स्थिति यूपीएवीपी में फैली भ्रष्टाचार का परिणाम है, जो करीब 1000 परिवारों की जान जोखिम में डाल रहा है।
कृपया आप इस मुद्दे में हस्तक्षेप करें और संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित करें। लिफ्ट एक्ट 2009 और अन्य न्यायालयों के आदेशों के तहत यह सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा का मामला है। हम आपके सहयोग की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं। @UPVidhansabha

The conditions in Ganga Yamuna Hindon Apartments, Siddharth Vihar, are not livable for humans, let alone animals. Uttar Pradesh Avas Vikas Parishad is cheating people by selling these flats as ready-to-move-in. It's shameful that the government is cheating people, and @myogiadityanath, @narendramodi, UPAVP Chairman, and Commissioner Dr. Balkar Singh are doing nothing. These buildings will collapse if immediate action is not taken. Firefighting systems are non-functional, posing a risk to life and property.
