@Lin62866960 I always try to pre-bolus. I can't always though. Sometimes breakfast turns into a post-bolus because of lots of correction onboard. Post-bolus I always get a big spike after I eat.
Pre-bolus timing is 10 to 20 minutes for me. Closer to 20 is my preference. It gives < BG spike.
