@pocaalma@DoorDash I got deactivated on @doordash a few hours ago, talked to them on the phone, they couldn't tell me anything -- including what I needed to re-establish in good standing. I think they must have implemented some new, terrible policy that is causing problems.
What gives, @DoorDash ? I'm an "elite" customer, have been for years -- or at least, until you blocked me for no reason I can see. Your email said I was blocked for "suspicious activity", now I don't know what to do to fix this. I'm legitimate, and legitimately upset.
Today we're celebrating our 27th bday! For 27 years we've worked to build a better internet because you deserve it. We wouldn’t be able to do this without our amazing staff who are encouraged by the support we receive from you. Your shares/recommendations to friends keep us going
./@awscloud kind of miffed. Your SES people think I'm a spammer because I said I had a family mail hub I was setting up. Won't tell me what's wrong privately, because that's sooper secret. Meanwhile, I'm a pretty public person: https://t.co/kOxZZYVGG4
@vallor Tesla runs a foul the automotive repair act all the time. They are highly vertically integrated which means less OEMs to provide extra parts for repairs.
On the one hand, I should have every right to repair my device. On the other hand, the company has every right to establish a warranty service training program, so that qualified engineers can have the company's training. That's only fair to the company.
Do warranty stickers make you irrationally angry?
This week on the podcast, @AnalogEng and I discuss how the Right to Repair Electronics movement could impact engineers and hardware companies.

@sonic People don't realize the "above and beyond" lobbying by Dane for Sonic growth. He regularly visits DC to fight for us in the FCC and elsewhere!
They know him over there now. Which is good. :)
I have constructed a new light saber ... er, I mean, blog.

My first post is about "parataxic distortion". Trust me, it will all make sense.

@comcastcares Hi folks! Got a one-off for ya. I have a cousin who lives near Ft. Bragg, California. She has a 300' conduit with string in it going from the road to the house. Comcast at the road. But she can't get anyone to call her back about special construction.
What it looks like from @Space_Station when your best friend achieves her lifelong dream to go to space. Caught the second stage in progress! We can’t wait to welcome you onboard, crew of Soyuz 61!
25 years of Sonic also means 27 years of using Linux. Used to take all kinds of crap from colleagues for not using SunOS/Solaris. But once we started a program of tracking downtime, we managed to have rock-solid systems running #linux .
