Last slice of our GOAT BitVM mainnet Pizza.

We introduced deferred binding of the public inputs on BABE protocol, enabling the verification of L2 sequencer set on Bitcoin without any additional security assumptions.

This is the upgrade to GOAT BitVM2 architecture, replacing the Bitcoin Script emulation of Groth16 verifier with delegated Witness Encryption on Groth16 and Decomposable Randomized Encoding. This means we don't have to change any circuits for operators/verifiers/watchtowers, but a replacement of the transaction graph.

It brings the on-chain fraud proof a 3 orders of magnitude cost reduction.
