Panathur S Cross widening being band aid for the current traffic chaos, 150ft CDP road has become a dream now, why there is no work on something which is part of RMP 2015. In September 2024, tender was called for ROB VIA DUCT, there was no progress on that,again in May 2025 they have called tender to prepare DPR and we dont see any progress. BANGALORE TOWN PLANNING MUST BE COMPLETELY INVESTIGATED FOR APPROVING PROJECTS MINDLESSLY WITHOUT CONSIDERING FAR RATIO NEITHER THEY LOOK AT EXISTING INFRA TO APPROVE SUCH HIGH RISE PROJECTS, TECH PARKS AND INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS.

When I think of AI agents, I think of the "egg theory" in consumer psychology:

When instant cake mixes came out, they sold poorly. It was too easy. People felt guilty about not contributing to the baking.

So companies started requiring you to add an egg, which made people *feel* like they contributed. Sales soared.

I think AI agents will be similar. The right interface will allow for the human to feel like they're doing *some* of the work.

Take the example of a chatbot that books work travel for you. It might be uncomfortable to remove the human entirely from the workflow; we feel lazy, guilty, or nervous about it. But what if the chatbot says, "Here are three travel options to choose from." We feel in-the-loop, like we're in control.

Agents will do the grunt work, but they'll tactfully include humans in select moments.

The best companies will be savvy in how they embed human decision-making into workflows, rather than removing the need for human input altogether.
