I tried connecting to the customer support to verify whether what the driver is saying is true but couldn’t connect. What can a customer do in such situations. My parents didn’t want any hassle/ harassment so paid the extra amount. It’s not about refund but something more.

@TataPravesh The salesman was pathetic with the measurements and hence so much headache. I discourage people to take Tata pravesh doors if their service team is not proactive. The photos are attached.

@TataPravesh Team, the installation team arrived to find that the door is oversized, the measurements taken by the salesman of Agartala were horrible, Now I had to remove the tiles, and sleep in a flat with no door. Pathetic Service and pathetic Salesmanship.(1/2)
