Assembling an A+ team.

In Q1, we grew faster than any other quarter by nearly 100% while expanding our margins. We're seeing incredible momentum as we move across and up the market.

One of the biggest wins for us has been our ability to attract top talent that wants to work with us.

When you're building a company, the early hires are critical - they set the tone. 

But as you scale, maintaining that control over who you bring in-house gets really challenging. You reach a point where you feel like you've exhausted your network of known talent.

That's why I'm so excited we've been able to bring on some true A-players recently:
