I don’t know about you, but I’ve encountered this sentiment several times. We often joke about how age results in creaky joints, but we don’t focus enough on the wisdom it confers on us.

Over the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of meeting senior citizens from across the country. I wouldn’t call these interviews; they’re unfiltered conversations about lives fully lived.

The idea is simple: record and highlight wisdom that might otherwise be lost, and pass it on across generations. It’s a space where we talk about ageing, resilience, legacy, hobbies, grief, health, technology and life. It's a space where we can learn from the lived experiences of our seniors.

My first guest was senior advocate and former Attorney General KK Venugopal who at 93 is going full steam.

My second guest is Dr. Anuradha Sinha, who wants to help senior women cope with the loss of their spouse, especially when it comes to finances.

**WARNING: SCAM ALERT!**

In our digital age, losing access to our WhatsApp accounts can be a nightmare.

Last month, a relative received a message from a friend asking for a code sent to her by mistake. Without any suspicion or doubt in their friendship, she shared the code that came on text. And guess what? She was logged out of her WhatsApp account, and the scammer was texting her contacts pretending to be her. They were asking for money or codes to also hijack their WhatsApp accounts. It’s even worse when this happens when you’re boarding a flight and you are in a hurry. The scammer had changed group settings where she was an admin and even changed the backup email ID so we couldn’t log back in. The folks at Meta were super helpful and restored her access.

So, what is this scam, how does it work, and why do we fall for it? Well, the good folks at @sakshamsenior have put together a video to explain it all. Share it with your parents, family, friends, and anyone who could benefit from this.
