@jeremyct I’m 62 years old and you can say yeah boomer all you want but when I was in my 20s and 30s, I was one paycheck away from being in the same position! So,that’s why I kept my nose to the grindstone and made sure my boss was happy so I didn’t lose that job. I just kept grinding.

As a casual player, I have to agree, watching somebody fly away from you using their five grapple after you’ve got them down to no plates. It’s just crazy.

@iamExpel @RavenSoftware Solos sucks anyways its just hackers in 2/3 solo games I play ill clap a guy a few times n he starts rage hacking targeting me the whole game and 3 grapples is already way to op 1 would be better it would then require more skill and thinking im on about resurgence tho

Imagine lying about having twins, lying for weeks about one of them being sick and eventually passing away, never coming home from the hospital, and carrying this lie on for years in a community, only to expose yourself by forgetting your own timeline. All the stories, pictures, trauma, shared moments… none of it was real. I’m devastated… I was fooled for almost 5 years and to imagine you thought that you would fake the death of a child to get attention from the community. I have actually lost a child and so have so many others. This is not a joke and this is not ok. This shit makes me actually feel physically ill. You literally cannot trust so many people you meet online, no matter how long you’ve known them…

I’ve said it before and now I’m saying it again if your life involves any teenagers between 16 and 20 and you’re not encouraging them to go into the trades or work with their hands instead of something that a robot or AI can do easily. Then you’re seriously being disingenuous to that teenager and young adult. AI and robots are gonna take over many different places within our lives in the next 40 to 50 years but the one that’s not gonna be replaced easily as things that only humans can do and have the dexterity to do without breaking something like electrician or plumber or home inspector I would like to say farming, but I believe farming and crop picking is going to be taken over by robots machines and AI put the service industries. They’re not going away anytime soon.

First off, not many people can afford this $1000 + setup. Most just have a headset. And as someone who has a headset alone, not having a bunch of space to move around in is not ideal when you can’t see your surrounding. Second, majority of people I know get major motion sickness playing VR. Accessibility, both in cost and overall application I think is the biggest hindrance on what we thought VR would be.
